Jacob Boyer is an associate in the Goodwin’s Real Estate Industry group. He has experience representing clients in a variety of real estate matters, including sales and acquisitions, hotel transactions, mixed-use projects, senior housing transactions, mortgage and construction financing, joint ventures and property management agreements. Jacob joined Goodwin in 2016.

- An internationally recognized hotel management company in the negotiation of:
- hotel, private residence and golf club management agreements for a luxury hotel and mixed-use project located in Naples, Florida
- resort and private residences management agreements for a luxury hotel and mixed-use project located in the Dominican Republic
- restaurant consulting and license agreements for restaurants located in various luxury hotels across North American and South America.
- An independent third party hotel management company in connection with the negotiation of various hotel management agreements, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, acquisitions, sales and dispositions
- A REIT in the acquisition of a luxury resort in Sausalito, California; the acquisition was structured as an UPREIT, together with a long-term leasehold interest in the luxury resort
- A family-owned investment company in connection with:
- HUD Financings of various senior housing facilities located in Wisconsin and Minnesota
- the acquisition of a portfolio of six senior housing facilities located across Iowa
- the acquisition and financing of two senior living facilities located in Minnesota
- the acquisition of a portfolio of ten senior living facilities across the Midwest
- An international family-owned investment company in the acquisition of various hotels located in Florida, and the negotiation of long-term leases with a branded hotel operator for each hotel
- A nationally recognized real estate investment management company in the acquisition of a hotel located in Bend, Oregon, including the negotiation of a hotel management agreement
- A nationally recognized real estate investment management company in the acquisition of a hotel located in San Francisco, California, including the negotiation of a hotel management agreement
- A life insurance company in the negotiation of a long-term lease for three food & beverage outlets in Boston, Massachusetts
