The Technology team advised Checkr in its acquisition of GoodHire.
Checkr, founded in 2014, provides either online access or an API that returns automatically generated background checks. Through Checkr’s advanced background check technology, companies can better understand the dynamics of the changing workforce, bring transparency and fairness to their hiring, and ultimately build a better future for workers.
GoodHire develops and markets data management software to provide screening products to companies and individuals. It offers technology solutions that collects, aggregates, and displays large data sets.
This acquisition is a critical part of Checkr's expansion strategy in its fastest growing small-to-medium sized (SMB) business segment. GoodHire serves tens of thousands of customers in this segment.
