Anna Yeomans is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group. Anna advises corporate clients, PE houses, and portfolio companies both in the UK and overseas on a broad range of corporate and commercial advisory matters, with a particular focus on private M&A and private equity transactions. Anna joined Goodwin in August 2018.

  • Accel-KKR on its investment in PayProp, a leading processor of rental payments for the property management industry
  • LDC on its acquisition of ETS, the primary service and technology provider to the DSB, the global numbering agency for over-the-counter derivatives
  • Battery Ventures on its equity investment in Vita Mojo, developer of a digital ordering and restaurant management system, servicing clients including Nandos, Leon and Yo! Sushi
  • YayPay Inc., on its sale to Quadient (formerly Neopost) for $20.5 million. YayPay provides an extensive cloud-based platform that provides automated invoice delivery combined with payment, cash application, credit assessment and collection solutions
  • Acquia Inc., an open source digital experience company, on its acquisition of Cohesion Web Technologies, a software business
  • Brightcove, on its acquisition of TV App Agency (a Smart TV software developer)
  • Optum Ventures, United Health’s venture arm, in connection with its investment in Kaia Health, a digital therapeutics start-up
  • A global asset management company on its structured secondary transaction with Coller Capital to create a European private equity buyout fund of $1 billion
  • Carpenter Technology Corporation, on its acquisition of LPW Technology, a leading UK based developer and supplier of metal powder solutions in the additive manufacturing sector
  • Huber Engineered Materials, LLC, on its acquisition of all of the outstanding equity interests of Miller Chemical & Fertilizer, LLC and its subsidiaries from Dunes Point Capital, for approximately $193 million
