Carson Williams is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology group, where he practices corporate and securities law. He advises founders, companies, and investors at all stages of development, including corporate formation, corporate governance, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and securities law matters.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2021, Carson was a corporate attorney in the San Diego office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
During law school, Carson externed for the Hon. Patrick Bumatay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Hon. Cynthia Bashant of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, and the Hon. Karen Crawford of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Prior to law school, Carson worked in finance and accounting at San Diego Gas & Electric Company and in business development for a small family office.
