Jenna Welsh is an associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice and a member of the firm’s Government Investigations & Enforcement group. Her practice focuses on representing and advising companies in the life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors in connection with government and internal investigations, white collar criminal defense, and complex commercial litigation.

Jenna was an associate at Goodwin from 2020–2022 before completing her clerkship. During law school, Jenna served as an editor on the Harvard Law Review and participated in Harvard Law School’s Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. She also worked as a law clerk at Sostrin Immigration Lawyers, and as a summer associate at Goodwin in 2019.
