Kelly Song is an associate in Goodwin’s Life Sciences group and a member of the firm’s Licensing practice. Her practice focuses on intellectual property-driven transactions for life sciences companies, including license agreements, collaboration agreements, co-development agreements, sponsored research agreements, clinical trial agreements, services agreements, material transfer agreements, non-disclosure agreements, manufacturing agreements, and supply agreements. She also advises clients on the intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and financings.
While attending law school, Kelly served as a Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. She was also a law fellow at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
