Katrina E. Solomatina is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate practice group in the San Francisco office. Katrina represents publicly traded companies and start-ups in a variety of real estate transactions including commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants, real estate acquisitions and sales, and land use and permitting matters. Katrina is experienced in all phases of real estate due diligence, including title insurance, easements and adjoining landowner disputes. Katrina has specific expertise in counseling clients in the area of community association law, including compliance with The Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act, and the drafting of commercial and residential development declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) and represents various homeowner associations as association counsel.

Katrina is a member of the executive committee of the Real Property Law Section of the California Lawyers Association (State Bar) and currently serves on the Board of ECHO (The Educational Community for Homeowners). Katrina is a frequent speaker and writer on real estate topics.
