Rondette Amoy Smith is a Managing Director and Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Goodwin. In this role, she leads a team focused on driving the firm's strategic initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture for all, champion equity across the organization, and drive impactful programs. With extensive experience across HR disciplines, including her time as an International HR Business Partner, Rondette brings a global perspective having served in Hong Kong and London.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2025, Rondette held leadership positions across various industries including consulting, financial services, education, and fashion. She has worked at organizations such as Tapestry, Nomura, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Dow Jones, and American Express, where she successfully executed transformative programs that enhanced employee engagement and advanced organizational goals.
