Alexandra Singer is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its nationally recognized Life Sciences group. Alexandra is a business lawyer who represents public and private clients in a variety of corporate transactions and general corporate matters throughout the full range of the corporate life cycle, including startup and formation matters, venture capital financings, capital markets transactions and other complex transactions. She also represents a number of publicly traded companies in ongoing SEC compliance, capital raising and corporate governance matters. She joined Goodwin in 2021.

- Magenta Therapeutics in its reverse merger with Dianthus Therapeutics
- KalVista Pharmaceuticals in connection with its $160.1 public offering
- The initial purchaser of Zynex’s $60 million notes offering
- Eldorado Resorts in its $17.3 billion reverse merger with Caesars Entertainment*
- ProSiebenSat.1 Media and NuCom Group in connection with its acquisition of eHarmony*
- Bicara Therapeutics in connection with its $165 million Series C financing
- Fertitta Capital in connection with its equity investment in Moonbug Entertainment in a $120 million financing round*

Prior to joining Goodwin, Alexandra was an associate at Milbank LLP in the firm’s Global Corporate group. While at law school, she was a certified student attorney at the Post-Conviction Justice Project clinical program and a legal intern at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles.
