Martha Schreck is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology Transactions and Licensing practice and a member of the firm’s Technology group. Martha’s legal practice focuses on intellectual property licensing, technology transactions, and other commercial agreements, as well as due diligence and other intellectual property issues and support for mergers, acquisitions, and venture capital and private equity transactions. Martha was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2019 and a law clerk from the fall of 2019 through the spring of 2020. While attending law school, Martha also interned with TripAdvisor.

Prior to law school, Martha was a software analyst at a healthcare electronic medical records company.
