Ben Santos is a senior attorney in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Investment Funds practice. Mr. Santos assists on matters related to fund formation, management, and regulatory compliance of venture capital and other private equity funds. He joined Goodwin in 2021.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Santos focused his practice in the areas of international tax and transfer pricing at firms at DLA Piper, PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, and BDO. There, he advised multinational corporations on cross-border related-party intercompany pricing arrangements, including transfers of intellectual property, tangible goods, services, and financing. Before then, Mr. Santos assisted on a broad range of corporate matters for private and public companies, including as a paralegal in the corporate and securities practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
