Marisa Sandler

Marisa Sandler is a Senior Client Development Manager for the Life Sciences practice group. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of a wide range of business development activities, including client relationship-building activities, and thought leadership within the firm’s Business Law Department.

Marisa focuses on the firm’s Life Sciences practice, which comprises over 240 lawyers who work with over 1,700 life sciences companies, including 200 public companies, venture capital and private equity firms, and many of the leading investment banks worldwide. The group is deeply experienced in corporate governance, financing and M&A transactions, collaborations and licensing, regulatory matters, and intellectual property laws.
