Olha Polishchuk is an associate in Goodwin’s Luxembourg office and is part of the Private Equity business unit, specializing in the Debt Finance practice.
Her practice focuses on all types of debt financing transactions, such as leveraged acquisition finance and corporate finance, representing banks, debt funds, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers on various types of bank and bond financing.
She is fluent in English, French, Ukrainian, and Russian.
Olha joined Goodwin in 2023.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Olha gained professional experience in International Commercial Arbitration by practicing in top-tier Swiss and French law firms.
Olha has also trained in Contract law, Corporate and M&A, including Construction industries at the French Company and a major international law firm in Paris.
