Agustin Podboj

Agustin Podboj is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology practice, where he represents startups, growth companies, venture capitalists, and growth investors. Agustin advises startups and entrepreneurs, as well as venture capital funds, in a broad range of industries in connection with the entire corporate life-cycle, including company formation and structuring, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. He has led financings and M&A transactions for companies in a wide variety of industries, including technology, crypto and web3, aerospace, fintech, space and defense, software, and consumer products. Agustin also represents venture capital and private equity firms, as well as strategic acquirers, in connection with their investments and M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Agustin worked in Los Angeles as a corporate associate with the law firms Sullivan & Cromwell and Latham & Watkins.
