Sierra Perez-Sparks is an associate in the firm’s Litigation department and a member of its Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation practice. She has trial and appellate-level experience across a range of substantive areas, including employment disputes, environmental torts, constitutional law, and administrative law matters. Sierra has authored and contributed to numerous briefs and dispositive motions in state and federal court. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, with recent experience in immigration law.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Sierra clerked for the Honorable William J. Nardini of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She also served as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Jeffrey A. Meyer of the U.S. District Court in the District of Connecticut.
Before attending law school, Sierra worked for several years as an operations manager.

- Defended technology firm in defamation litigation, contributing to successful motion to dismiss
- Defended private equity firm in employment dispute, managing expert discovery and drafting motions
