Priya Patel

Priya Patel is an associate in Goodwin’s Tax practice. Ms. Patel has worked on a range of UK tax matters, including investment fund structuring, executive incentivisation arrangements, corporate and private equity transactions, and leveraged financing. Ms. Patel’s experience includes acting for managers across a range of asset classes including private equity, infrastructure, renewable energy and real estate funds.

Ms. Patel’s recent representations include:

• Slate Asset Management on the structuring and fundraising of its first European real estate fund, Slate European Real Estate Fund III, which closed at its hard cap of €250 million.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Patel was a trainee at King & Wood Mallesons (formerly SJ Berwin).
