Natacha Öz is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds practice. Natacha represents investment managers on the structuring, fundraising, and ongoing operations of onshore and offshore funds across a range of asset classes. She also provides guidance on related transactions including carried interest structuring, GP-led secondaries, and co-investments.
Natacha also has experience advising institutional investors on the deployment of capital including primary fund investments, co-investments, and LP-led secondary activity from single assets to large portfolio sales.
