Laura Noerdlinger is an associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. Her practice includes securities and shareholder litigation, merger and acquisition disputes, regulatory and internal investigations, and complex commercial disputes.
Laura also maintains a pro bono practice, representing individuals in connection with immigration and civil rights matters.
She is a contributor to Goodwin’s Securities Snapshot, a monthly newsletter discussing updates in the field of securities law.
Experience
Laura’s recent representations include:
- Securing a motion to dismiss for a technology company in a real estate dispute
- Representing a SaaS company and its executive officers in a securities fraud class action lawsuit
- Obtaining a favorable settlement for a life science company in a securities fraud class action in the Ninth Circuit
- Conducting an internal investigation for a life science company in connection with an annual audit

Professional Activities
During law school, Laura worked for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. On campus, she was an editor on the Boston College Law Review and participated in the International Human Rights Clinic. She also served as President of the Native American Law Students Association and a Director for the American Constitution Society.
