Cindy Navarro

Cindy Navarro is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Life Sciences group, focusing on Capital Markets. Cindy has broad experience representing clients in the life sciences industry, including public companies and investors, in various capital markets transactions such as initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and private placements. She also advises clients on a wide range of general corporate matters, including public company reporting, corporate governance, and securities law matters.

Cindy’s recent experience includes, among others, representation of:

• CRISPR Therapeutics AG in its $280 million registered direct offering
• SWK Holdings Corporation in its offering of $30 million in aggregate principal of senior notes
• Windtree Therapeutics, Inc. in its $12.4 million follow-on offering of common stock and accompanying warrants
• The underwriters of Royalty Pharma plc’s $1.5 billion senior unsecured notes offering
• The underwriters of Myriad Genetics, Inc.’s $127 million follow-on public offering of common stock
• The underwriters of CorMedix Inc.’s $40 million follow-on offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2022, Cindy was an associate in the Capital Markets group of O'Melveny & Myers LLP in New York.
