Brian C. Mulhall is a partner in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology group and Technology M&A practice. While focusing on the technology sector with expertise in both public and private M&A, Brian also has vast experience advising early and late-stage venture financings, growth equity, joint ventures and general representation of private emerging growth companies. Brian’s practice centers on representing technology companies focused on software, food delivery, healthcare, marketing, FinTech, digital media, and other related specialties. He joined Goodwin in 2018.
