Natalie Minois is an associate in the firm’s Private Equity group. Natalie’s work focuses on an array of private company transactions with a particular focus on complex US and cross-border growth equity investments, venture capital financings, mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, direct secondary and private company liquidity programs, as well as general corporate matters. Natalie has represented clients across a broad range of industries including technology, financial services, consumer goods and healthcare. She joined Goodwin in 2019.
Professional Activities
Natalie is a member of PRIDE@Goodwin and Women@Goodwin in D.C. and is actively involved in Goodwin’s diversity and inclusion efforts.
Natalie’s pro bono efforts include work with the GLAD Name Change Project, the National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty (NLCHP) and Kids In Need of Defense (KIND) in their Humanitarian Parole Project.
Natalie is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the D.C. Bar Association.
