Tom McTigue is an associate in Goodwin’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice and a member of the firm’s Life Sciences Disputes group. Tom focuses his practice on patent litigation across a range of industries and technologies.
Tom has experience representing clients in all stages of patent litigation, including pre-suit analysis, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, pretrial proceedings, trial, and appeal. Recent engagements include patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act, patent litigation under the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA), other district court patent litigation, and arbitration proceedings.
