Graham LaBran-Boyd

Graham LaBran-Boyd is an associate in the Business Law department at Goodwin and a member of its Private Equity Group. Graham’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments across a broad range of industries, including technology and software, manufacturing, business services, and healthcare. He started at the firm in 2023.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Graham was a Senior Associate at Bernstein Private Wealth Management, where he held Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA licenses and advised ultra-high-net-worth clients on a range of investment strategies.

While attending law school, Graham was a Business Law Fellow, President of the Business Law Society, and Chief Note and Comment Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. He also completed the Corporate Concentration, in which he received honors.
