Meggie Hickey is a partner in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology group. She joined Goodwin in 2017.
Meggie’s practice focuses primarily on mergers, acquisitions, venture financings, private equity investments, and other general corporate matters in a broad range of industries, including technology, healthcare, software and consumer product companies.
Prior to law school, Meggie taught science as a Teach for America corps member.
