Jake Herman

Jake Herman is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group. Jake advises clients on broad-based general corporate and transactional matters with a particular focus on US and cross-border M&A, private equity, growth equity, and venture capital transactions. Jake advises clients in various industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services, digital currency, consumer products, telecommunications, education, and manufacturing.

Jake was recognized as a One to Watch in Corporate Law by 2024 Best Lawyers. While attending law school, Jake was an associate editor for the Fordham Urban Law Journal. He was a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award for his work in Fordham’s Community Economic Development Clinic.
