Maxime specializes in private investment funds and regulatory matters. His practice focuses on all legal and regulatory matters relating to the structuring, formation, fundraising and operation of various types of funds (private equity funds, real estate funds, debt funds, infrastructure funds, funds of funds). He also advises investors regarding their investments in private investment funds and has expertise in secondary transactions.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2020, he was an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
