Andrew is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology group. He provides strategic counseling to emerging and high-growth companies on matters spanning the entire corporate lifecycle, including pre-incorporation planning, corporate governance, venture capital financings, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. Andrew works with technology companies across all industries including AI, climate tech, mobility, healthtech, biotech, consumer, fintech, industrial tech, manufacturing, and SaaS. Andrew leverages his experience as general counsel of a venture-backed company to deeply understand entrepreneurs, anticipate their business and legal needs, and pragmatically achieve their goals.

Andrew also regularly represents venture capital firms, corporate venture investors, and private equity investors on their investments in high-growth companies.

Andrew has a global practice and regularly advises on cross-border transactions, particularly in India, Europe, Australia, and Singapore.
