As Goodwin’s Chief Client Relationship Officer, Bela Grover leads a team of global client development professionals who collaborate across the firm to establish and execute an overarching global strategy to drive client excellence and build enduring relations. She is passionate about understanding what clients want and need, building high-performing diverse teams, and executing at the top-tier to maximize client value.

Bela is a seasoned client executive who joined Goodwin from Deloitte, where she spent 25 years driving business transformations, operational excellence, and client outcomes for both public and private companies. She has spent the more recent half of her career as a leader in Deloitte’s Global Clients & Markets organization to develop go-to-market capabilities that enable revenue growth, with a strong focus on family enterprises, private equity, and emerging growth companies.
