Global law firm Goodwin announced today that Bela Grover joined the firm as Chief Client Relationship Officer, resident in the San Francisco office. Grover most recently served as Deloitte’s Global Private Strategy and Operations Leader.
As Goodwin’s Chief Client Relationship Officer, Grover will lead a high-caliber team of global client development professionals. She will collaborate across the firm to establish and execute the global client excellence strategy that further intensifies the focus on maximizing client value, delivering distinctive client experience, offering relevant sector and cross-sector insights, and building enduring relationships.

Grover is a seasoned client executive with 25 years of experience at the world’s largest professional services firm, where she focused on understanding client needs, developing innovative solutions to serve their needs, and ensuring value was delivered and effectively communicated. Her most recent experience maturing go-to-market capabilities for the private market – family enterprises/offices, private equity, and emerging growth – plays perfectly with Goodwin’s positioning at the intersection of capital and innovation.
Grover holds an MBA, Marketing and Information Systems from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Applied Science, Mathematics from Delhi University.
