Katrina Gonzales

Katrina Gonzales is an associate in the firm's Business Law department and a member of the firm’s REITs and Real Estate M&A, Capital Markets and Public Companies practices. Katrina focuses primarily on public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, corporate governance, securities law compliance for public companies, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and other matters of general corporate and securities law. She joined Goodwin in 2026.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Katrina practiced at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
