Ian Goh is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds group, resident in the Singapore office. Ian’s practice focuses on the structuring, establishment and operation of international private investment funds pursuing a variety of investment strategies. In addition, he advises on a broad range of other transactions relating to private investment funds, including secondary transactions and co-investment arrangements.

Ian’s representative experience includes advising:
- A leading European private equity sponsor on the closing of its c. €4 billion buyout fund*
- A leading Nordic private equity sponsor on the:
- closing of its c. €400 million small cap fund*
- closing of its c. €2 billion buyout fund*; and
- closings of multiple co-investment vehicles (with total commitments ranging from €65 million - €80 million)*
- A leading biotechnology-focused private equity sponsor on the closing of its c. €400 million buyout fund*
- A leading healthcare-focused private equity sponsor on the:
- closing of its c. €500 million single asset continuation fund*; and
- closings of multiple co-investment vehicles (with total commitments ranging from €20 million - €160 million)*
- A leading growth equity-focused private equity sponsor in its investments in multiple venture capital funds as a ‘fund-of-funds’ investor*
