  • on its acquisition of Team Eiffel, a leading provider of integrated consulting and project delivery, outsourcing and interim professional services, from Gilde
  • on its impact investment in Envevo, a provider of EV design and installation engineering services
• ParkHub Inc., a US parking solutions provider backed by LLR Partners and FTV Capital, on its merger with UK parking platform JustPark
• Cyncly, a portfolio company of TA Associates and Genstar Capital, on its acquisition of Logicom, the owner of Virtual Worlds, a leading bathroom and kitchen software provider in the UK.
