Ari is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology & Life Sciences group, specializing in all areas of corporate and securities laws, with a primary focus on advising emerging-growth technology companies and venture capital firms. Ari’s representation of companies spans the entire corporate life-cycle, including pre-incorporation planning, entity formation, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, secondary sales and private liquidity programs, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Ari also regularly represents leading venture capital firms in their venture capital and growth equity investments and secondary sales.
Ari joined Goodwin in 2021 and serves as a member of the hiring committee for the San Francisco office. She is also actively involved with the Company’s Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity.
In her free time, Ari enjoys exploring the San Francisco restaurant scene and taking weekend trips to Tahoe.
Experience
While attending law school, Ari gained in-house legal experience working in the legal department of a Fortune 500 multinational bank. Ari also served as a member and competitor of the King Hall Negotiations Team, as a teaching assistant, and as a research assistant.
Prior to law school, Ari worked at the San Joaquin District Attorney’s Office as a legal and communications assistant and also co-led a Youth Leadership Program for high school students interested in legal careers.
