Jacob Frank

Jacob Frank is an associate in the firm’s Private Equity group and Debt Finance practice. Jacob concentrates his practice in the representation of private equity sponsors and public and private companies in a broad range of corporate finance and restructuring transactions, including direct lending, multi-lender syndicated loans, acquisition financing, senior and junior loans, and term and revolving credit facilities.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Jacob was an associate at Proskauer Rose in their Private Credit Group. While in law school, he served as a legal intern for Athenahealth and was a summer associate at Proskauer Rose.
