Jacob Frank is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology group and Debt Finance practice. Jacob is experienced in representing both private and public companies in a broad range of corporate finance and restructuring transactions, including direct lending, multi-lender syndicated loans, acquisition financing, senior and junior loans, and term and revolving credit facilities. Jacob’s practice focuses on venture debt financing transactions for emerging companies in the technology, healthcare and life sciences industries.
