Brian Fiske is an associate in the firm’s Private Equity group and a member of the Private Investment Funds practice, advising and representing clients on the organization and operation of private investment funds. Brian focuses his practice on corporate, transactional and securities law matters, with an emphasis on the representation of managers and their private equity funds, venture capital funds, secondary funds, real estate funds, credit funds, and other private investment funds.
Brian advises clients on both their formation and fundraising activities, as well as their ongoing operational affairs. He advises a range of clients from some of the most well-known multi-billion dollar global investment firms to much smaller firms forming early-stage venture capital funds.
While in law school, Brian served as the Executive Operations Editor for Georgetown Law’s The Tax Lawyer.
