Gaebriella DeLisle

Gaebriella DeLisle is an associate in the firm’s Private Equity group and is a member of the Private Investment Funds practice. Gaebriella’s practice focuses on all aspects of the formation, operation, and ongoing maintenance of private investment funds, including private equity funds, venture capital funds, co-investments, secondaries, and other investment advisory businesses in the United States and internationally. Gaebriella advises clients on both their formation and fundraising activities, as well as their ongoing operational, regulatory, and governance affairs.

Gaebriella also has a strong pro bono practice, which focuses on assisting the EdLaw Project in advocating for the educational needs of low-income children in the Boston area.

Gaebriella joined the firm in 2021.
