Alice Choi

Alice is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Life Sciences group. Alice represents private and public pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other complex and strategic transactions. She also counsels companies on ongoing corporate matters and securities law matters.
