Brett A. Burka

Brett Burka is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity and Technology groups. He joined Goodwin in 2017.

Mr. Burka advises emerging and late-stage companies as well as venture capital, growth equity and private equity investors within the technology sector. He regularly handles a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, strategic collaborations, expansion and exit.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Burka was an associate in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP.
