Alexandra has experience representing a diverse set of clients, ranging from private investment funds and their portfolio companies to large-cap operating companies in a complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters. She has represented clients in pre-ligation dispute resolution and meditation, trials and arbitrations, as well as examinations and investigations by the SEC and DOJ.
Her practice focuses on counseling private investment clients and their portfolio companies in disputes related to partnership matters, valuations, mergers & acquisitions, sales of portfolio companies regulatory issues, and complex commercial litigation involving claims such as breach of contract, fraud, business torts, misappropriation of trade secrets, and earnout provisions.
In addition to her work in the asset management sector, Alexandra has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, representing pharma clients in litigation and arbitrations including disputes related to drug development, asset sales, earn-out provisions, and mergers. Further, she has successfully represented clients in employment matters ranging from restrictive covenant violations by founders and former executives to discrimination matters. She has also served clients undergoing substantial restructurings with disputes in and out of court, as well as assessing creditor’s rights.
