Amber Bagshaw

Amber Bagshaw is an associate in the London Debt Finance team. Amber advises on a range of debt finance matters, with a focus on leveraged finance and fund finance. Amber joined Goodwin in 2021.

Amber’s experience includes advising:

• TA Associates on its agreement to become co-controlling shareholders of existing portfolio company Orisha, alongside Francisco Partners 
• H.I.G. on its acquisition of Sleepeezee, a UK-based producer of bespoke and luxury beds and mattresses, and its combination with existing portfolio company, Silentnight, with the new group collectively marketed as The Sleep Group
• A consortium comprising Stirling Square, TA Associates and Macquarie, on its recommended public offer to acquire all shares in Byggfakta, a leading provider of data, insights, and software solutions for the construction industry
• TowerBrook Capital Partners
