Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Bacon was an associate at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovksy and Popeo, P.C. in San Diego, where he primarily represented public company clients and advised them on compliance and general planning matters, as well as capital markets transactions. Prior to Mintz, Mr. Bacon was an associate at DLA Piper LLP in San Diego, where he primarily represented private company clients in all corporate matters including venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions, and at Proskauer Rose LLP in Los Angeles, where he primarily advised clients on capital markets transactions and public company compliance.
