Laura Antuna-Ortega

Laura is an Associate in the London Private Equity team, specialising in mid-market transactions across all sectors. She also spent a year on secondment in the legal team of a leading UK listed private equity fund manager. Laura joined the firm in 2019.

• TA Associates
• in a consortium with Stirling Square and Macquarie, on their recommended public offer to acquire Byggfakta, a provider of data, insights, and software solutions for the construction industry
• together with Warburg Pincus, alongside the Epassi Group, on their agreement to acquire the Exercite Group, a leading B2B fitness platform providing employee health and fitness benefit solutions to corporate customers
• together with Warburg Pincus on their investment in Epassi, a leading digital payments provider for employee benefits
• Forterro, a portfolio company of Partners Group, on its bolt-on acquisition of Proffix Software, a Swiss software provider offering integrated ERP solutions to multiple sectors
