Nathalie Alibert is a Knowledge & Innovation Lawyer in Goodwin’s Private Equity Group of the Paris office. Thanks to her considerable expertise in leverage buyout, cross border and complex transactions, she focuses her practice in developing the knowledge management for the Private Equity Group.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2019, Ms. Alibert was a counsel and partner at Latham & Watkins, and prior to that, she was an associate and partner at Ashurst where she helped building and developing its private equity team.
Ms. Alibert is fluent in French and English.
