Dataventure acquires The Ramp

The Paris Private Equity team advised Dataventure, European Digital Group’s data and performance marketing company, on the acquisition of The Ramp, a specialist in local digital advertising for network retailers and FMCG brands.

This acquisition strengthens Dataventure’s position in local marketing and accelerates the digitalization of local strategies for wide-reaching brands.

Founded in 2019, The Ramp specializes in managing local advertising campaigns for major retailers like McDonald's, Sport2000, and Castorama. Its platform centralizes or distributes campaigns, integrating direct and digital marketing to provide outlets with autonomous, consistent communication, establishing it as a key player in multilocal advertising.

Goodwin also advised European Digital Group on this transaction.
