A partner in Goodwin’s Life Sciences group, Laura represents public and private pharmaceutical, biotechnology, pharma services, and medical device companies and their investors in connection with a wide range of complex corporate transactions, and she also advises clients on corporate governance and securities law matters. Laura is a standout dealmaker who has worked with many high-profile clients in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, and has been pivotal in Goodwin’s expansion into the Philadelphia market.
Beyond her practice, Laura co-leads the Philadelphia chapter of Women@Goodwin, the firm’s affinity group focused on advancing women in the legal profession, and is an active contributor to pro bono initiatives including the Election Protection Hotline and the Homeless Advocacy Project.
