The Paris Private Equity team advised European Digital Group, the digital transformation and acceleration expert for businesses, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Garaje de Ideas, a Spanish digital agency, alongside its founder.
European Digital Group was founded in 2019 by serial-entrepreneur Vincent Klingbeil and Montefiore Investment. The company has completed about 20 acquisitions in the past 4 years. This first acquisition outside of France marks a significant step in EDG's strategy to expand its international footprint.
