Global law firm Goodwin has advised Rantum Capital as lender in connection with the financing of the acquisition of LYOCONTRACT GmbH by financial investor Great Point Partners.
LYOCONTRACT is a leading niche pharmaceuticals company, providing contract manufacturing services for pharmaceutical products and biotechnological drugs. The company is headquartered in Ilsenburg (Saxony-Anhalt) and specializes in services in the field of lyophilization, also known as freeze-drying. Lyophilization is a process for drying sensitive pharmaceutical and biotechnological products, where water is removed from the product at low temperatures to enhance stability and shelf life.
