The Paris Technology team advised the “H” Company, a global foundation model and agentic Artificial Intelligence company, in its $220 million dollars fundraising.
This round included Accel, UiPath Inc., Bpifrance, through its Large Venture fund, Eric Schmidt, Xavier Niel, Amazon, FirstMark, Elaia Partners, Eurazeo and Yuri Milner.
Founded at the end of 2023, H brings together a 25-strong inaugural team of AI engineers and scientists from top tier corporate, academic labs and scale-ups. Its objective is to introduce the power of GenAI to businesses globally via a new generation of multimodal-to-action models.
The Goodwin team was led by Anne-Charlotte Rivière and Xavier Leroux and included Johann Gandilhon and Grégoire Mongis on corporate aspects and Marie Fillon and Louis de Chezelles on IP aspects.
