David Chen’s recent appointment will help bolster Goodwin’s presence in China and the US, where he will advise companies throughout the corporate lifecycle. Specialised in the life sciences and technology sectors, Chen has been advising private equity funds and other types of institutions – from start-ups to large multinationals – on financing transactions, M&A, and foreign direct investments across the APAC region.
