David Chen has joined Goodwin as a Life Sciences partner in the Santa Monica, Calif., and Hong Kong offices, the firm said Monday. Chen advises clients in the life sciences and technology industries in strategic collaborations and partnerships, joint ventures, intellectual property transactions, general commercial matters, and data protection and privacy matters, according to Goodwin.
